The Fund is run by Alexey Garyunov, most of the capital is from GP. LPs are friends and family and entrepreneurs and corporate executives. It doesn’t matter what stage or vertical a company is in. If it does a great business — we’re in. We don’t lead, but are keen to invest $50-100K to start building relationships with founders. We usually invest anywhere between $500K to $5M, so we may lead or may follow, it is always different case by case. We don’t lead and can invest anywhere between $10-20M. We are flexible and can invest in primary rounds, secondaries or we can help you run your employees tender offer.
