As companies enter the early growth phase of their journey and are seeking capital to expand, they’re typically faced with expensive options, whether that be highly dilutive equity or fee and warrant heavy debt. Our unique investment model and flexible investment mandate allow us to structure competitive investments that are well aligned with the owners and stakeholders of our portfolio companies. We are a New York-based investment firm that partners with consumer-facing businesses raising growth capital.
