We believe that a lot of the "hard truths" about Venture Capital are wrong, so we're doing the opposite. We do not have ownership targets. We lead, co-lead or participate in rounds. We invest in founders with expertise, not pedigree. We take a balanced approach to align LP and founder interests. We only invest in companies where we can help drive revenue. Our focus is to invest in B2B SaaS and Omni-channel Consumer companies at the Late Seed and Early Series A that have achieved a minimum of $1m in ARR at the time of our investment. We primarily invest in US and Canadian companies. We believe in investing in startups that are growing in a sustainable way with a focus on business fundamentals rather than hyper growth. We take a hands on approach and dive in to help our founders. Areas of focus include: Vertical SaaS, Hospitality Tech (Restaurant Tech, Hotel Tech and Travel Tech), Commerce Enablement, Workflow Augmentation, Enterprise SaaS, SMB SaaS, Fintech, Proptech, Food & Beverage and non-perishable CPG.
