Since the founding in 2018 by three Floridians, Beresford Ventures has added four partners and has invested $9 million in over 140 companies across sectors and geographies, primarily in the pre-seed rounds. Given that all of the funds proceed from the partners, their friends, and family, the fund is closed to outside investors. Beresford Ventures is a unique early stage fund. All 7 partners call Florida home. We invest our own funds. There are no assets under management, we charge no carry, and we aren't open to outside investors other than some friends and family who have invested with us.
