We invest in companies when they are starting out.. Since 2011, we have backed over 300 teams. In our latest fund, 70% of our portfolio had at least 1 woman or BIPOC founder. More than a third of our investments were outside of the US. We are active founders and operators. We empathize with the process of getting something off the ground because we’re still at it ourselves. After 10+ years of investing and founding dozens of VC-backed companies, we can connect you with virtually any fund and backchannel to help you close rounds. We can share successful tactics and hard lessons learned in scaling; we can also help you develop partnerships with our portfolio companies and broader network. We are actively solving problems at our own companies and can lend advice without pattern matching. We have experience building across industries, from seed stage to IPO. 37% of our investments have been outside the US, and we have scaled companies abroad in Latin America, Europe, and Asia, so we are happy to advise on entering new markets.
