Genesis was founded by Rob Ball, Jeff Ondrla, and Don Running–longtime friends and successful medical device entrepreneurs. The company was started as a result of incoming demands for medical device development services using their technical knowledge, background, and success in the medical device industry. The founders realized the deep need for support of early-stage medical device development by innovators with excellent ideas, but little experience in execution. Over time, this has lead to the creation of a specialized team for the development of medical devices, including a venture capital fund. Our role as investors and industry partners is to focus the creative power of entrepreneurs by leveraging our network, resources, and experience to ensure their success. Combined, we have more than a century of experience in the medical device space, and over two hundred of patents and innovations to our names.
